Employment Supports for Lifelong Achievement (ESLA)
What is the Northern Virginia ESLA Program?
ESLA prepares and empowers parents with barriers such as low-income, legal history, and/or disabilities to enter and maintain employment with the prospect of a career path and wage growth. Customized employment supports for qualified job seekers may include:

- Resume & Interview Prep
- Paid Internships
- Post-Employment Support
- Job Lead Assistance
- Training & Certification
- LinkedIn Learning
- Employment Incentives

Who Is Eligible?
Eligible participants must meet the following criteria:
- Household income 200% or less of the Federal poverty level
- At least one child under 18 years old living with you
- Residents of Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun, and Arlington Counties; and the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas, and Manassas Park
- Work ready and speak sufficient English to interview independently
- Note: Individuals enrolled in the TANF VIEW program are eligible.
