The SkillSource Group, Inc., the non-profit entity of Virginia Career Works – Northern (Local Area #11), is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) One-Stop Operator and Adult/Dislocated Worker Program Operator services within the Northern Virginia Workforce Area #11. Completed proposals must be emailed to bids@vcwnorthern.com no later than 5:00 p.m. EDT on Friday, May 9, 2025.
All proposals received after the deadline will not be considered and will be notified accordingly.
An optional virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via Zoom on April 21, 2025 at 1 p.m. EDT for prospective bidders. While attendance will not be a prerequisite to submitting a proposal, Offerors who intend to submit a proposal are encouraged to attend.
