The SkillSource Group, Inc. and the Virginia Career Works – Northern Board of Directors today announced the appointment of Seema Jain as Interim Executive Officer. Jain brings two decades of executive leadership at SkillSource, a deep command of federal workforce policy, and has helped to shape the organization’s reputation for results. In her new role, Jain will provide executive leadership across the full breadth of SkillSource's operations, including overseeing workforce programs, financial stewardship, strategic partnerships, and organizational performance for one of Northern Virginia's most trusted workforce development organizations.
